We have published a call for applications for the participation of a member representing non-governmental (civilian) actors in the Anti-Corruption Task Force
The Anti-Corruption Task Force operating alongside the Integrity Authority was set up last December: ten members were delegated by public bodies, while other ten members were selected through applications from amongst relevant #non-governmental organisations and experts applying as private individuals. The #Task Force has since drawn up its first annual report.
Task Force membership is open to individuals who are verifiably #independent and have proven expertise and a sufficiently long and verifiable professional activity in one or more of the following areas:
- prevention of corruption and battle against #corruption,
- transparency, access to public information,
- public procurement procedures
- the protection of human rights concerning the duties of the Task Force, and criminal investigation.
Organisations can also apply if they have been active in these areas for at least 60 months and fall into one of the following categories:
- organisations performing scientific and/or educational activities; or
- professional advocacy groups;
- social organisations independent from the state, political parties and economic operators.
The deadline for the submission of applications is 30 November 2023. The call can be downloaded from here: https://kemcs.hu/palyazatok/
