Communication tender: we must comply with the provisions of the public procurement act

Compliance with legal regulations is encoded into the Authority’s DNA. It is crucial for the Authority to fully adhere to the provisions of the public procurement act.  

“By law, the Integrity Authority is required to engage in discussions with every tenderer who met the requirements in the participation phase. This means that it is impossible to predict the ultimate winner of the public procurement procedure,” said Head of Communications Tamás Mehlhoffer in reference to the communication public tender of the Authority in his response to the question of Media1.hu.
