The Electronic Asset Declaration System’s platform is live

Persons subject to asset declaration obligations pursuant to Section 90(1)–(1b) of Act XXXVI of 2012 on the National Assembly, as well as under the provisions of certain sectoral laws, are required to submit their declarations of assets electronically via the Electronic Asset Declaration System (“eADS”) operated by the Office of the National Assembly, where the obligation to submit an asset declaration arose on or after 26 August 2026.

Anyone may use the eADS to perform structured searches of the contents of asset declarations free of charge, without limitation and without the need to register.
