All review procedures have now been concluded in the Integrity Authority’s tender for communication services. The Authority can now sign contracts with the selected successful tenderers.

In April 2024, the Integrity Authority launched a public procurement procedure to select its communications partners. The outcome of the procedure was then challenged by one of the tenderers, following which the Public Procurement Arbitration Board (PPAB) annulled the decision.

The Integrity Authority brought the case to court. The court then ruled in favour of the Authority and annulled the PPAB’s decisions. During the repeated review procedures, the claimant did not pursue their claim, and the PPAB terminated the proceedings.

Following the conclusion of the review procedures, contracts may be signed with the original successful tenderers. PR services will be provided by Uniomedia Zrt., while creative design and production will be handled by Super11 Creative Zrt.

Following the signing of the contracts, the Authority will concentrate on carrying out professional tasks aimed at promoting effective communication to counter corruption and foster integrity values in society.

The results of the public procurement procedure are accessible in the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS).
