The IAACA Europe 2026 – 1st European Regional Conference, to be held in Budapest from is organised by the International Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities (IAACA) in cooperation with the Integrity Authority of Hungary, the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) of Italy, and the National Transparency Authority (NTA) of Greece, this landmark event will mark IAACA’s first regional conference in Europe.

The conference will introduce a European focus, encompassing EU Member States, candidate countries, and Eastern Partnership nations. Its thematic priorities include addressing emerging anti-corruption challenges in the digital and AI domains, fostering collective action through legislative harmonisation and cross-sector cooperation, and exploring integrity developments in the context of future EU enlargement. The event aims to promote meaningful dialogue and collaboration among European partners.

The conference will bring together representatives of IAACA member institutions, alongside senior officials and experts from EU institutions, the OECD, as well as key stakeholders from academia and civil society.
The three-day programme will begin with a meeting of the IAACA Executive Committee on Wednesday, followed by the plenary conference, and will conclude with a capacity-building workshop for IAACA members.
